铁路工程喷射混凝土高性能化的发展趋势与路径研究 被引量:3

摘要 随着我国基础设施建设的不断推进,铁路工程建设的重点已逐步向西部地区转移。与东部沿海地区相比,我国西部地区地质条件复杂、山川众多。因此,我国西部地区的铁路工程隧道占比较高,隧道工程的顺利建设和安全耐久服役成为影响全线施工与运营的关键。在铁路隧道复合式衬砌支护体系中,喷射混凝土是初期支护的重要组成部分,其服役性能是影响铁路隧道结构耐久性的决定性因素。然而,目前我国隧道结构耐久性设计对初支喷射混凝土关注相对较少,这也是我国铁路隧道服役期间出现耐久性问题的重要原因之一。因此,提高喷射混凝土耐久性并实现高性能化是铁路隧道工程百年耐久的必由之路。通过分析初期支护结构在复合式衬砌支护体系中的重要作用,阐明喷射混凝土高性能化的必要性,并提出喷射混凝土高性能化的内涵和性能要求。 With the continuous advancement of infrastructure construction in China,the focus of railway engineering construction has gradually shifted to the western region.Compared with the eastern coastal areas,the western region of China has complex geological conditions and numerous mountains and rivers.Therefore,the proportion of railway engineering tunnels in Western China is relatively high,and the smooth construction and safe and durable service of tunnel engineering become the key to affect the construction and operation of the whole line.In the composite lining support system of railway tunnel,shotcrete is an important part of initial support,and its service performance is the decisive factor affecting the durability of railway tunnel structure.However,at present,the durability design of tunnel structure in China pays less attention to the initial shotcrete,which is one of the important reasons for the durability problems of railway tunnels in service.Therefore,improving the durability of shotcrete and achieving high performance is the only way for railway tunnel engineering to last for 100 years.By analyzing the important role of initial support structure in the composite lining support system,it expounds the necessity of high performance shotcrete,and puts forward the connotation and performance requirements of high performance shotcrete.
