高本课程衔接的策略与路径探究——以工商管理专业为例 被引量:1

摘要 高(高职教育)本(本科教育)衔接是现代职业教育体系建设的重要路径,也是彰显职业教育类型特色的关键环节。在借鉴职业带理论和皮亚杰认知理论基础上,通过高职院校与应用本科工商管理专业课程设置等分析,针对目前高本衔接存在缺乏一体化设计、课程目标与能力培养递进性不足、未能实现学习方式等全要素衔接等问题,提出高本衔接的具体策略与路径,即以职业能力提高为主线,以知识和技能的递进为路径,实现课程建设全要素衔接。 The connection between higher vocational education and undergraduate education is an important path for the construction of modern vocational education system, and also a key link to highlight the characteristics of vocational education types. On the basis of the occupational spectrum theory and the cognitive theory of Piaget, the paper analyzes the curriculum of business administration major in higher vocational colleges and applied undergraduate universities. In view of the current questions of the integration of higher education, which mainly include the lack of integrated design,the lack of progressive curriculum objectives and ability cultivation, and the failure to achieve the integration of all elements of learning methods, it puts forward the specific strategies and paths for the integration of higher vocational education and undergraduate education, that is, to realize the integration of all elements of curriculum construction by taking the improvement of professional ability as the main line and the progress of knowledge and skills as the path.
