辽宁高职院校深度参与军民融合路径研究

Paths for Liaoning Colleges and Universities to Participate in Army-Civilian Integration

当前我省高校拥有的基础条件、科研产能、人才资源和教学培训优势与军民融合发展的需求不相适应,融合广度不足、深度不够,应有的作用没有发挥出来。辽宁省高职院校参与军民融合具有雄厚的基础。辽宁高校参与军民融合要做到:完善管理体制、加强顶层设计、加强平台建设、创新运营模式、加强激励机制和加强改革创新。

The basic conditions, scientific research capacity, talent resources and teaching and training advantages of colleges and universities in our province do not meet the needs of army-civilian integration and development. The integration is not broad enough and deep enough, and the due role has not been played. There is a solid foundation for colleges and universities in Liaoning Province to participate in army-civilian integration. Colleges and universities in Liaoning should improve the management system, strengthen the top-level design, strengthen the platform construction,innovate in the operation mode, strengthen the incentive mechanism, and strengthen the reform and innovation.
