职业核心素养与学生未来发展有着直接的关系,对立德树人根本任务的落实也起着关键性作用。高职教育要不断加强高职学生职业核心素养的培养,促进学生的就业竞争力的提升。随着高职教育改革的不断推进,各高职院校需要结合职业核心素养培养这一目标进行人才培养方案的合理制定并实施。

Professional core accomplishment is closely related to the future development of students, and plays a key role in the implementation of the fundamental task of moral cultivation. Higher vocational education should constantly strengthen the cultivation of vocational students’ core accomplishment and promote the students’ employment competitiveness. With the continuous advancement of higher vocational education reform, colleges and universities need to formulate and implement the reasonable talent training program in terms of the cultivation of professional core accomplishment.
