不同药物治疗犊牛腹泻临床效果

Experimental study on clinical effect of different drugs on calf diarrhea

[目的]探讨不同药物治疗方案对犊牛腹泻的临床治疗效果。[方法]选取出生到6月龄发病的肉用犊牛108头,随机分为对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组、试验Ⅳ组和试验Ⅴ组共6个组,每组18头,以不同药物治疗犊牛腹泻的临床效果进行为期365 d的对比试验。[结果]试验Ⅲ组犊牛腹泻的治疗痊癒率最高,达94.44%,差异显著;试验Ⅱ组犊牛腹泻的治疗痊癒率比对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅳ组和试验Ⅴ组分别显著高出50.00、27.77、44.44、33.33个百分点。试验Ⅲ组和试验Ⅱ组犊牛腹泻的治疗效果最好,其次是试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅴ组犊牛腹泻的治疗效果较好,对照组和试验Ⅳ组犊牛腹泻的治疗效果较差。[结论]采用多种药物治疗犊牛腹泻的临床效果较好,能够降低治疗成本,提高肉牛养殖的经济收入。

[Objectives]This study was conducted to explore the clinical effects of different drug treatment regimens on calf diarrhea. [Methods] A total of 108 meat calves from birth to 6 months of age were randomly divided into 6 groups, including control group, trial group Ⅰ, trial group Ⅱ, trial groupⅢ, trial group Ⅳand trial group Ⅴ, with 18 calves in each group. The clinical effects of different drugs on the treatment of calf diarrhea were compared for 365 days. [Results]The cure rate of diarrhea of calves in experimental group Ⅲ was the highest, up to 94.44%, and the difference was significant. The cure rate of calf diarrhea in trial group Ⅱ was 50%, 27.77%,44.44% and 33.33% higher than that in control group, trial group Ⅰ, trial group Ⅳ and trial group Ⅴ, respectively. Experimental group Ⅲ and experimental group Ⅱ had the best therapeutic effect of calf diarrhea. Secondly, the treatment effect of calf diarrhea in trial group Ⅰ and trial group Ⅴ was better. The treatment effect of calf diarrhea in control group and experimental group Ⅳ was worst. [Conclusions] The clinical effect of multiple drugs in the treatment of calf diarrhea is the best, which can reduce the treatment cost and increase the economic income of beef cattle breeding.
