摘要
[目的]采用体外法对比胍基乙酸和包被胍基乙酸在人工消化液中的释放情况,检验包被胍基乙酸的包被效果。[方法]将胍基乙酸和包被胍基乙酸在人工唾液、人工瘤胃液、人工真胃液和人工肠液中分别培养4、8、12、24 h后测定其释放率。[结果]胍基乙酸组和包被胍基乙酸组在人工唾液、人工瘤胃液、人工真胃液、人工肠液中的释放率均随着时间的延长而提高。与胍基乙酸组相比,包被胍基乙酸组在人工唾液、人工瘤胃液、人工真胃液中各时间点的释放率均极显著较低,在人工肠液中各时间点的释放率无显著差异。包被胍基乙酸在人工瘤胃液中24 h释放率不超过8.51%,在人工肠液中8 h释放率可达99.76%。[结论]包被胍基乙酸在人工唾液、人工瘤胃液、人工真胃液中具有良好的稳定性,且在人工肠液中与胍基乙酸具有同等良好的释放率。
[Objectives] In vitro method was used to compare the release rate of guanidinoacetic acid and coated guanidinoacetic acid in artificial digestive fluid and test the coating effect of coated guanidinoacetic acid. Therefore, the study was conducted to investigate the release evaluation in vitro of coated guanidinoacetic acid [Methods] The release rates of guanidinoacetic acid and coated guanidinoacetic acid were measured in artificial saliva, artificial rumen fluid, artificial real gastric fluid and artificial intestinal fluid for 4, 8, 12, and 24 hrs, respectively. [Results] Acoording to the result the release rates of the guanidinoacetic acid group and the coated guanidinoacetic acid group in artificial saliva, artificial rumen juice, artificial real gastric juice and artificial intestinal juice were increased when the time increased.. In comparison with the guanidinoacetic acid group the release rate of the coated guanidinoacetic acid group at each time point in artificial saliva, artificial rumen juice and artificial real gastric fluid was significantly(P<0.01) lower. There is no significant difference in release rate of guanidinoacetic acid group and coated guanidinoacetic acid group in artificial intestinal fluid at different time points(P>0.05). The result showed that the release rate of coated guanidinoacetic acid did not exceed 8.51% in artificial rumen fluid at 24 hrs while it reached 99.76% in artificial intestinal fluid at 8 hrs. [Conclusions] The coated guanidinoacetic acid has good stability in artificial saliva, artificial rumen fluid and artificial real gastric fluid. In addition, it has good release rate as guanidinoacetic acid in artificial intestinal fluid.
