汇总并分析既有服役机车车轮可能出现的失效形式及形成原因,阐述车轮上线试用的必要性。基于对铁道机车配备车轮的生产和供货需求,研究并分析目前机车车轮上线管理流程,以及上线试用前应完成的主要技术工作,为车轮制造商等相关方的车轮研制工作提供参考。

The possible failure modes and causes of the wheel for existing service locomotive are summarized and analyzed, and the necessity of on-line trial of wheels is expounded. Based on the production and supply requirements of railway locomotive equipped with wheels, this paper studies and analyzes the present management process of locomotive wheel on-line, and the main technical work that should be completed before the trial use of the wheel on-line, so as to provide reference for wheel manufacturers and other relevant parties in the wheel development work.
