Application on GJB 841—1990 in Urban Rail Train Fault Management

在城轨车辆制造企业采用传统管理方式管理城轨列车故障过程中发现,经常存在已经纠正的故障会重复出现,或既有故障解决后又出现新的甚至更严重故障的现象,难以实现在列车全生命周期内闭环管理列车故障。根据GJB 841—1990《故障报告、分析和纠正措施系统》,介绍产品故障报告、分析和纠正措施系统(FRACAS)流程。以某车辆制造企业管理城轨列车故障为例,依托列车FRACAS管理组织机构,设计城轨列车FRACAS运行过程,并应用于某城市轨道交通列车故障管理。应用结果表明:与2020年度相比,2021年度列车各主要系统故障数均减少,故障数降低比例最低为25.00%,最高为57.14%,提升了列车质量,提高了列车运用可靠性。这为城轨车辆制造企业管理列车故障,持续提升列车质量提供借鉴。

In the process of urban rail vehicle manufacturing enterprises adopting the traditional fault management method to manage the faults of urban rail trains, it is found that the corrected faults often occur repeatedly, or new or even more serious faults occur after the existing faults are solved. It is difficult to realize the closed-loop management of the fault during the whole life cycle of trains. According to GJB 841—1990 Failure report, analysis and corretive action system, the paper introduces the process of FRACAS( failure report, analysis and corretive action system) to manage fault. Taking urban rail train fault management in a vehicle manufacturing enterprise as an example, the paper designs the operation process of urban rail train FRACAS based on the management organization structure of train FRACAS, and applies it to the fault management of urban rail transit trains.The application results show that: compared with 2020, the faults number of each main train system in 2021 is reduced with the lowest reduction of 25.00% and the highest reduction rate of 57.14%, which improves the train quality and the reliability of train operation. This provides a reference for urban rail vehicle manufacturing enterprises to manage train faults and continuously improve train quality.
