动车组车轮硌伤原因分析及预防措施

摘要 分析动车组运行过程中,碾压吸附于钢轨轨面上的细小异物造成的车轮硌伤现象。结果表明,一方面,这种表面缺陷若长期存在,可能引起车轮踏面浅表层萌生裂纹,存在较大的安全隐患;另一方面,超限硌伤会导致动车组停运,给行车秩序带来较大影响。借助动车组空气动力学及钢轨回流形成电磁场的有关研究成果,分析细小金属类异物被吸附到钢轨轨面上造成动车组车轮硌伤的原因,探讨预防措施并提出建议,启示此类安全隐患安全监督检查工作,以期为动车组列车的安全运行提供支撑。 This paper analyzes the wheel damage caused by rolling small foreign matters adsorbed on the rail surface during the operation of EMU/DMU. The analysis results show that, on the one hand, if this surface defect exists for a long time, it may cause cracks to sprout on the shallow surface of the wheel tread, and there is a great potential safety hazard;on the other hand, bruising over the limit will lead to the shutdown of EMU/DMU, which will greatly affect the traffic order. With the help of relevant research results on the aerodynamics of EMUV/DMU and the electromagnetic field formed by the return flow of steel rails, this paper analyzes the reasons of the bruising of EMU/DMU wheels caused by small metallic foreign bodies adsorbed on the rail surface, discusses the preventive measures, and puts forward suggestions and the enlightenment for the safety supervision and inspection of such potential safety hazards, so as to provide support for the safe operation of EMU/DMU.
