600 km/h轴箱轴承试验台设计

摘要 受陪试工业轴承性能的限制,传统试验台只能开展速度500 km/h及以下轴箱轴承性能测试。为在实验室内开展600 km/h及以上速度轴箱轴承测试,研究满足TB/T 3017.1—2016《机车车辆轴承台架试验方法第1部分:轴箱滚动轴承》试验条件的600 km/h轴箱轴承试验台的设计方案。通过创新试验轴系的布局和轴向力施加方式,轴箱轴承性能测试时不需要工业陪试轴承,使得600 km/h轴箱轴承试验台测试的最高速度只取决于被测试轴箱轴承性能。介绍600 km/h轴箱轴承试验台的设计要求和设计思路,详细阐述600 km/h轴箱轴承试验台组成及各部分功能,并计算验证工装轴强度和临界转速、机架频率。利用600 km/h轴箱轴承试验台,可进行最高速度为700 km/h的轴箱轴承试验。 Limited by the performance of accompanying bearings,only the performance test of axlebox bearings with speed of 500 km/h and below can be carried out by tradition test machine.In order to carry out the test of axlebox bearings with speed of 600 km/h and above in the laboratory,the design scheme of 600 km/h axlebox bearing test machine meeting the test conditions of TB/T 3017.1—2016 Testing-methods on test machine for rolling bearing of locomotive and rolling stock-Part 1:Axleboxes rolling bearings is studied.By innovating the layout of the shafting and the way of applying axial force,industrial bearings are no longer needed for the performance of axlebox bearings,and the maximum test speed of the 600 km/h axlebox bearing test machine only depends on the performance of the axlebox bearings tested.This paper introduces the design requirements and ideas of the 600 km/h axlebox bearing test machine,elaborates the composition and functions of each part of the 600 km/h axlebox bearing test machine in detail,and calculates and verifies the strength and the critical speed of the tooling shaft of the machine,and the frequency of the frame of the machine.The 600 km/h axlebox bearing test machine can carry out axlebox bearing test at a speed of up to 700 km/h.
