摘要
为了研究大风区电气化铁路接触网悬挂用T形旋转连接板疲劳性能,结合现场应用情况,提出试验要求。根据曲柄运动原理,基于疲劳试验机,设计疲劳试验方案,研制试验装置,提出试验步骤。这种试验方案,扩展了实验室中直线油缸的使用范围,可为转动疲劳性能试验设计提供借鉴。
In order to study the fatigue performance of T-shaped rotary joint plate used for the overheed contact system(OCS)suspension of electrification railway in strong wind area, combined with the field application, the test requirements are put forward, the fatigue test scheme is designed, the test device is developed, and the test steps are put forward. This test scheme expands the application range of linear cylinder in the laboratory, which can provide reference for the design of rotating fatigue test.
