摘要
为支撑钢轨维护铣削装备的技术创新,助力钢轨维护铣削装备技术的发展,围绕国内外钢轨维护铣削装备专利布局开展研究。以关键词、IPC分类号和重点申请人等为专利检索方式,检索专利数据库。以专利文献为基础,通过分析不同时间段专利申请数量,总结钢轨维护铣削技术不同发展时期的特点;通过分析专利技术分布,总结当前钢轨维护铣削装备的创新热点、行业弱项,以及未来布局方向;通过分析重点申请人的专利申请数量和技术方向,总结国内外研发机构实力的变化和技术方向。对钢轨维护铣削装备核心技术发展趋势进行重点分析。为提升我国钢轨维护铣削装备的核心竞争力,降低在国外的侵权风险,提出关注前瞻技术研究、推动核心技术持续领先和重视知识产权工作等建议。
In order to support the technological innovation of milling equipment for railway maintenance and help the technological development of milling technology for railway maintenance,research is carried out around the layout of patents at home and abroad.With keywords,IPC classification numbers and key applicants as patent search elements,a patent database is searched.Based on patent literature,by analyzing the numbers of patent applications at different stages,the characteristics of milling technology for railway maintenance in different development periods are summarized;by analyzing the distribution of patent technologies,the current innovation hotspots,industry blank spots and future layout belonged to equipment for railway maintenance are summarized;by analyzing the numbers and technological directions of the patent by key applicants,the changes and technological directions of the strength of R&D Institutions at home and abroad are summarized.The development trend of the core technology of milling equipment for railway maintenance is mainly analyzed.In order to enhance the core competitiveness of milling equipment for railway maintenance in china and reduce the risk of infringement overseas,suggestions are put forward such as paying attention to forward-looking technology research,promoting the continuous leadership of core technologies,and attaching importance to intellectual property work.
