实现共同富裕目标,必须高度正视我国城乡发展不平衡是最大的发展不平衡、农业农村发展不充分是最大的发展不充分这一重大社会现实,坚持城乡融合发展,在持续缩小城乡差距中实现共同富裕。党的十八大以来,我国城乡融合发展深入推进,但依然面临着要素循环存在制度障碍、基本公共服务供给失衡、农村居民消费动力偏弱、现代农业要素投入不足、农民增收渠道不畅通、“两山”转化机制不健全等问题。在党的二十大精神指引下,要充分把握以城乡融合发展促进缩小城乡差距的内在逻辑,明确其路径选择、基础制度、空间格局、动力支撑、核心任务及生态本底要求,不断健全城乡融合发展体制机制,促进城乡要素自由流动、平等交换和公共资源合理配置,加快推进农业农村现代化,形成工农互促、城乡互补、全面融合、共同繁荣的新型工农城乡关系,持续缩小城乡差距,促进实现共同富裕。

To realize the goal of common prosperity,we must face up to the major social reality that the imbalance between urban and rural development is the biggest development imbalance in China,and the insufficient development of agriculture and rural areas is the biggest underdevelopment.We must adhere to the integrated development of urban and rural areas,and achieve common prosperity by continuously reducing urban and rural gap.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China’s urban-rural integration has been further promoted,but it still faces a series of problems,such as institutional barriers to the cycle of factors,imbalance in the supply of basic public services,weak consumption motivation of rural residents,insufficient input of modern agricultural factors,and unsmooth channels for farmers to increase their income,and unsound ecological product value realization mechanism,etc.Under the guidance of the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is necessary to fully grasp the internal logic of narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas through urban-rural integration and development,clarify its path selection,basic system,spatial pattern,power support,core tasks and ecological background requirements,and continuously improve urban and rural areas integrate development systems and mechanisms,promote the urban and rural factors free flow,equal exchange and rational allocation of public resources,accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,form a new type of industrial-agricultural urban-rural relationship with the characters of Inter-promotion of workers and farmers,urban and rural complementarity,full integration and common prosperity,and continuously narrows the gap between urban and rural areas to realize common prosperity.
