转型升级驱动下重污染企业高端化发展影响因素分析

Analysis on Influencing Factors of High-End Development of Heavy Polluting Enterprises Driven by Transformation and Upgrading

为探索影响重污染企业高端化发展的核心因素,继而优化企业要素投入,找出最适合我国重污染企业发展的路径,以252家重污染企业样本数据为研究对象,构建转型升级驱动下重污染企业高端化发展影响因素指标体系,利用结构方程模型对各指标影响力进行实证分析,并观察各影响因素的影响力大小。研究结果表明,转型升级外界环境、要素升级能力、转型升级效益反馈都对重污染企业高端化发展有显著正向影响,其中,自身要素升级能力对高端化发展影响最大。促进企业工艺产品创新升级、加大人才培养力度与提高知识储备是当今重污染企业高端化发展的重点。

In order to explore the core factors that affect the high-end development of heavy polluting enterprises, optimize the input of enterprise factors, and find out the most suitable path for the development of heavy polluting enterprises in China, this paper takes the sample data of 252 heavy polluting enterprises as the research object, constructs the index system of influencing factors for the high-end development of heavy polluting enterprises driven by transformation and upgrading, and empirically analyzes the influence of each index by using structural equation model, And observe the influence of each influencing factor. The results show that the external environment of transformation and upgrading,the ability of factor upgrading, and the feedback of transformation and upgrading benefits all have a significant positive impact on the high-end development of heavily polluting enterprises, among which their own factor upgrading ability has the greatest impact on the high-end development. Promoting the innovation and upgrading of enterprise process products,strengthening talent training and improving knowledge reserves are the focus of high-end development of heavy polluting enterprises today.
