产业结构升级对黄河流域资源型城市经济高质量发展的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Industrial Structure Upgrade on the High-Quality Economic Development of Resource-Based Cities in the Yellow River Basin

促进黄河流域经济高质量发展是化解我国经济发展不充分和不均衡的战略选择。以黄河流域35个资源型城市为研究对象,基于双向固定模型实证考察了产业结构升级对资源型城市经济高质量发展的影响。研究结果表明:(1)从整体来看,产业结构升级能够显著提升黄河流域资源型城市经济高质量发展水平,且经过一系列稳健性检验后,结论依旧成立。(2)从区域来看,产业结构升级对黄河流域下游资源型城市经济高质量发展的促进作用最强。进一步分析发现,产业结构升级对黄河流域资源型城市经济高质量发展存在门槛效应,不同的数字普惠金融水平下,产业结构升级对经济高质量发展的影响存在差异。

Promoting the high-quality economic development of the Yellow River Basin is a strategic choice to resolve the inadequate and unbalanced economic development of our country. This paper takes 35 resource-based cities in the Yellow River Basin as the research object, and empirically examines the impact of industrial structure upgrading on the highquality economic development of resource-based cities based on a two-way fixed model. The research results show that:(1) On the whole, the upgrading of industrial structure can significantly improve the high-quality economic development level of resource-based cities in the Yellow River Basin, and after a series of robustness tests, the conclusion is still valid.(2) From a regional perspective, the upgrading of industrial structure has the strongest effect on promoting the high-quality economic development of resource-based cities in the lower Yellow River Basin. Further analysis found that the upgrading of industrial structure has a threshold effect on the high-quality economic development of resource-based cities in the Yellow River Basin. Under different levels of digital financial inclusion, the impact of industrial structure upgrading on high-quality economic development is different.
