相控3DEEP微针射频治疗腋臭的效果

Effect of Phase-controlled 3DEEP Microneedle Radiofrequency in the Treatment of Armpit Odor

目的:探讨相控3DEEP微针射频治疗腋臭的效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年10月如东县中医院皮肤科及医学美容科收治的60例腋臭患者作为本次研究的对象。根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组给予相控3DEEP微针射频治疗,对照组给予小切口大汗腺清除术治疗。比较两组临床疗效,术后1 h、24 h、7 d及1个月的疼痛情况,术后疼痛持续时间及并发症。结果:两组总有效率均较高,观察组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为96.67%。对照组治愈率和总有效率均高于观察组,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组改善率高于对照组,但组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不同时间点的视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分比较差异有统计学意义(F_(时间)=496.586,P时间<0.001);VAS评分组间主体间效应显著(F组间=131.044,P_(组间)<0.001);VAS评分组间与时间存在交互效应,即两组术后VAS评分随时间的变化趋势显著(F组间·时间=41.611,P_(组间·时间)<0.001)。两组VAS评分均随时间的推移而有明显下降,术后24 h VAS评分明显低于术后1 h(P<0.05),术后7 d VAS评分明显低于术后1、24 h(P<0.05),术后1个月VAS评分低于术后1、24 h及术后7 d(P<0.05)。观察组术后1 h、24 h、7 d及1个月的VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后疼痛持续时间明显短于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:相控3DEEP微针射频治疗腋臭的效果较优,与小切口大汗腺清除术比较,患者术后疼痛程度较轻,并发症发生率较低,临床上推荐使用。

Objective:To explore the effect of phase-controlled 3DEEP microneedle radiofrequency in the treatment of armpit odor.Method:Sixty patients with armpit odor who were admitted to the Dermatology Department and Medical Cosmetology Department of Rudong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to October 2021 were selected as the objects of this study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with phase-controlled 3DEEP microneedle radiofrequency,and the control group was treated with small incision apocrine gland removal operation.The clinical efficacy,pain condition 1 h,24 h,7 d and 1 month after operation,pain duration after operation and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the two groups was higher,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%and the total effective rate of the control group was 96.67%.The cure rate and total effective rate of the control group were higher than those of the observation group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The improvement rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There were significant differences in visual analogue scale(VAS)scores at different time points(F_(time)=496.586,Ptime<0.001).Comparison of VAS of the intersubject effect between of two groups was significant(F_(interblock)=131.044,Pinterblock<0.001).There was an interaction effect between the groups and time in VAS score,that was,the postoperative VAS scores of the two groups showed a significant difference with the change trend of time(F_(interblock·time)=41.611,Pinterblock·time<0.001).The VAS score of both groups was significantly decreased with the passage of time,the VAS score at 24 h after operation was significantly lower than that at 1 h after operation(P<0.05),the VAS score at 7 d after operation was significantly lower than that at 1 and 24 hours after operation(P<0.05),and the VAS score at 1 month after operation was significantly lower than that at1 h,24 h and 7 d after operation in the two groups(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group at 1 h,24 h,7 d and 1 month after operation were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The duration of postoperative pain in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the incidence of complication was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of phase-controlled 3DEEP microneedle radiofrequency in the treatment of armpit odor is better.Compared with the small incision apocrine gland removal operation,the patients have less postoperative pain and lower complication incidence,which is recommended to use in clinic.
