腰椎间盘突出症应用冲击波联合中医推拿治疗的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Shock Wave Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Massage on Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的:观察腰椎间盘突出症应用冲击波联合中医推拿治疗的临床效果。方法:选择2020年5月-2021年8月在中国人民解放军陆军第七十一集团军医院就诊的腰椎间盘突出症患者68例,通过随机数字表法分为常规组和观察组,各34例。其中常规组采用冲击波治疗,观察组在常规组的基础上联用中医推拿治疗,对比两组治疗后的临床效果,比较治疗前后两组的疼痛数字评分法(NRS)评分、日本骨科协会评估治疗(JOA)评分及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组的优良率高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后2周,两组的JOA评分均高于治疗前1周,且观察组高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后2周,两组疼痛NRS评分低于治疗前1周,且观察组低于常规组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:冲击波联合中医推拿应用于腰椎间盘突出症患者中,有利于提高患者治疗的优良率,改善患者的腰椎功能,缓解患者的疼痛,降低不良反应发生率。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of shock wave combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Method: A total of 68 patients with lumbar disc herniation treated in the 71st Group Army Hospital of the PLA Army from May 2020 to August 2021 were selected. According to the random number table, they were divided into conventional group and observation group, with 34 cases in each group. The conventional group was treated with shock wave therapy, and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine massage on the basis of the conventional group. The clinical effects of the two groups after treatment were compared. The scores of pain numerical rating scale(NRS), Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)scores before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Result: The excellent and good rate in the observation group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05). At 2 weeks after treatment, the JOA scores of both groups were higher than those in the first week before treatment, and the observation group was higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05). At 2 weeks after treatment, the NRS scores in the two groups were lower than those in the first week before treatment, and the observation group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of shock wave combined with traditional Chinese medicine massage in patients with lumbar disc herniation is beneficial to improve the excellent and good rate of treatment, improve the function of the lumbar spine, relieve the pain of patients, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
