妊娠期高血压的影响因素分析

Analysis of Influence Factors of Gestational Hypertension

目的:分析妊娠期高血压的影响因素。方法:回顾性选取2020年1月-2021年6月兰州市第二人民医院就诊的2000例孕妇。根据孕妇有无妊娠期高血压将其分为观察组(妊娠期高血压,226例)与对照组(无妊娠期高血压,1774例)。收集两组一般资料,并采用多因素logistic回归分析妊娠期高血压发生的影响因素。结果:观察组年龄、无业、孕前肥胖、产次≥3次、肝功能异常、肾功能异常、血常规异常、血脂异常、高血压家族史占比均高于对照组(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析发现,无业、孕前肥胖、产次数≥3次、肝功能异常、肾功能异常、血常规异常、血脂异常、高血压家族史、年龄均是孕妇妊娠期高血压发生的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期高血压的危险因素较多,对于存在危险因素的孕妇需要加强产检,尽早发现、尽早治疗,从而减少不良妊娠结局的发生,改善母婴预后情况。

Objective:To analyze the influence factors of gestational hypertension.Method:A total of 2000 pregnant women received by Lanzhou Second People’s Hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected retrospectively.The pregnant women were divided into observation group(gestational hypertension,226 cases)and control group(without gestational hypertension,1774 cases)according to whether they had gestational hypertension.The general data of the two groups were collected and the influencing factors of gestational hypertension were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression.Result:The age,proportions of unemployment,obesity before pregnant,number of pregnancies≥3 times,abnormal liver function,abnormal renal function,abnormal blood routine before pregnant,abnormal blood lipid and family history of hypertension in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that unemployment,obesity before pregnant,number of pregnancies≥3 times,abnormal liver function,abnormal renal function,abnormal blood routine,abnormal blood lipid and family history of hypertension were all risk factors for gestational hypertension(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are many risk factors for gestational hypertension.For pregnant women with risk factors,it is necessary to strengthen prenatal examination,find out and treat them as soon as possible,so as to reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and improve the prognosis condition of mother and baby.
