摘要 糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)是糖尿病严重的眼部并发症之一,多由于长期的高血糖状态引起的视网膜微血管病变。目前对DR的发病机制尚无定论,近年来研究发现,炎症反应贯穿DR发生发展的全病程。而由核苷酸结合寡聚化结构域样受体蛋白3(nucleotide binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3,NLRP3)、白介素-1β(IL-1β)等介导的炎症反应在DR病理过程中充当重要角色。故以NLRP3炎症小体/IL-1β信号通路介导的炎症反应为切入点开展治疗DR的机制研究,有望为防治DR提供新策略。本文就NLRP3炎症小体/白介素-1β信号通路介导糖尿病视网膜病变发病的研究进展做一综述。 Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is one of the serious ocular complications of diabetes,mainly due to long-term hyperglycemia caused by retinal microvascular disease.At present,there is no conclusion on the pathogenesis of DR.In recent years,studies have found that inflammatory response runs through the whole course of the occurrence and development of DR.Inflammatory responses mediated by nucleotide binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3),interleukin-1β(IL-1β)and other inflammatory factors play an important role in the pathological process of DR.Therefore,the NLRP3 inflammasome/IL-1βsignaling pathway mediating inflammatory response can be used as the entry point to study the mechanism of treating DR,which is expected to provide a new strategy for the prevention and treatment of DR.This article reviews the progress of NLRP3 inflammasome/IL-1βsignaling pathway in the pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy.
