高原环境下基层官兵皮肤光毒反应防护研究进展

Research progress on protection of skin phototoxicity of grass-roots officers and soldiors in plateau environment

强紫外线较易对高原基层官兵皮肤造成损伤,做好高原基层官兵的皮肤光毒反应防护具有重要意义。文章综述了高原环境下基层官兵发生皮肤光毒反应的研究现状,从习服训练、合理避光、科学饮食、健康教育等方面指出了官兵发生皮肤光毒反应的防护现状,并提出科学实施习服训练、有效减少皮肤暴露及构建健康教育体系的建议,为建立高原环境基层官兵皮肤光毒反应防治体系提供参考。

Strong ultraviolet radiation caused more and more damage to the skin of grass-root military officers and soldiors at high altitude,it's great signifance to protect them from skin phototoxic reaction.In this paper,the present situation and protection of phototoxic skin reaction were summarized,including acclimatization training,rational light-avoiding,scientific diet and health education.At the same time,suggestions were put forward,such as scientific and efficient acclimatization training,reducing skin exposure and the construction of health education system,which could provide reference for the establishment of skin phototoxic reaction system in grass-root military officers and soldiors in plateau environment.
