护理本科生自主学习现状的探索性潜在类别分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨护理本科生自主学习现状的潜在类别,分析不同类别的特征性差异。方法便利选取某地区279名护理本科生为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表和大学生自主学习量表进行调查。结果护理本科生自主学习现状可分为3个潜在类别:低动机低策略组(38.71%)、中等动机低策略组(25.09%)和高动机高策略组(36.20%)。兼职经历、父母受教育程度是护理本科生自主学习现状分类的影响因素(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论护理本科生的自主学习现状整体处于中等水平且具有群体异质性。可结合职业生涯规划、思政教学等方法调动学生自觉学习动机,促进教学交互和学习反馈、加强过程性管理以提升深层学习策略。 Objective To explore the latent class of the current status of autonomous learning of nursing undergraduates and analyze the characteristic differences of different categories.Methods A total of 279 undergraduate nursing students in a certain area were selected conveniently for the study and surveyed by using the general information questionnaire and the autonomous learning scale for college students.Results The current status of autonomous learning among nursing undergraduates could be divided into three latent class:low motivation and low strategy group(38.71%),medium motivation and low strategy group(25.09%),and high motivation and high strategy group(36.20%).Part-time work experience and parents'education level were influential factors in classifying the status of autonomous learning among undergraduate nursing students(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The current status of autonomous learning among nursing undergraduates is in overall moderate level and has group heterogeneity.It can be combined with career planning,ideological and political teaching methods to mobilize students'conscious learning motivation,promote teaching interaction and learning feedback,and strengthen process management to enhance deep learning strategies.
