国际漫游号码动态分配方案设计

Design of dynamic allocation scheme for international roaming numbers

为解决现有技术在开通国际漫游业务时的漫游号码固定、灵活度不高等问题,文章提出一种动态分配国际漫游号码的解决方案。用户在虚拟运营商开通国际漫游业务;号码管理服务器判断用户从归属地到漫游地,则分配漫游卡,从漫游地到归属地,则注销漫游卡,从漫游地A到漫游地B,则切换漫游卡;呼叫国际漫游用户的主卡,业务控制点在号码管理服务器上查询主卡对应的漫游卡信息,将呼叫接续到国际漫游卡;用户在虚拟运营商关闭国际漫游业务。该方案能够根据终端的位置信息和归属地信息实时、灵活地分配国际漫游号码,从而降低国际漫游资费,提高了用户体验。

In order to solve the problem that the roaming number is fixed and not flexible enough when the international roaming service is opened in the existing technology,this paper proposes a solution of dynamic allocation of international roaming number.Firstly,users can open international roaming service in virtual operators.The number management server determines that the user is assigned A roaming card from the home to the roaming place.From the roaming place to the home,the roaming card is deregistered.From the roaming place A to the roaming place B,the roaming card is switched.Call the main card of the international roaming user,the service control point queries the roaming card information corresponding to the main card on the number management server,and connects the call to the international roaming card.The international roaming service is disabled by the virtual carrier.This scheme can flexibly allocate international roaming numbers in real time according to the location information and home location information of terminals,so as to reduce international roaming charges and improve user experience.
