摘要
近年来在线教育实现蓬勃发展,高校教师在线教学与线下教学行为在呈现行为、互动行为、辅助教学行为与课堂管理行为等方面存在明显差异性。基于课堂观察法,研究发现:高校教师的自我效能感、信息化教学能力、教学行为呈现能力与在线教学行为有效性呈正相关,建议高校教师应积极营造安全的教学氛围,不断提高在线教学行为能力,提升教学行为呈现的形象性,增强辅助教学行为与课堂管理行为能力,从而提高在线教学行为的有效性。
Recent years are witnessing vigorous development in online education.There are significant differences between online teaching and offline teaching behavior in college teachers in terms of their presentation behavior,interaction behavior,assistant teaching behavior and classroom management behavior.The author conducts a classroom observation study,and finds that college teachers’self-efficacy,information-based teaching ability and teaching behavior presentation ability positively correlate with the effectiveness of their online teaching behavior.The author advances some strategies to improve their teaching effectiveness in respects of environment-setting,online learning,image presentation,assistant teaching behavior,and classroom management.
