摘要
为了保证重大件货物海上运输的安全,需要对其绑扎系固。而计算货物的惯性加速度是绑扎件强度分析的重要前提。本文以某运输船为研究对象,采用水动力预报法获得岸桥起重机的惯性加速度,同时考虑作用于起重机的风载荷,针对典型工况进行了绑扎件强度有限元分析。计算结果表明,绑扎件的结构强度满足要求。文中的研究方法对同类货物的绑扎分析有一定的参考价值。
To ensure the safety of transportation of heavy cargo by sea,it is necessary that the cargo be lashed and secured,in which the calculation of the inertial acceleration of the cargo is an important prerequisite for the strength analysis of lashing configurations.This paper,by taking a transport ship as the research object and using the hydrodynamic prediction method,obtains the inertial acceleration of the quay crane,and considers the wind load acting on the crane.It conducts finite element analysis of the lashing strength under typical working conditions.The calculation results show that the structural strength of the lashing configurations meet the requirements.The research method proposed this paper has a certain reference value for the lashing analysis of similar goods.
