摘要 深水半潜式平台作业环境恶劣,对其安全性与经济性提出了严峻挑战。利用数字化与智能化技术提升大型海洋工程装备运维水平,已成为必然趋势。本文以我国南海首座深水生产平台“深海一号”为研究对象,提出了以数字孪生和机器学习为核心的智能化运维系统总体架构,完成系统核心功能模块开发,并基于监测数据实现了智能预测和在线状态可视化功能的工程应用,为实现我国数字油田战略提供了一个可行的技术路线。 The harsh operating environment of the deepwater semi-submersible platform poses severe challenges to its safety and economy,and the use of digital and intelligent technologies to improve the operation and maintenance level of large-scale marine engineering equipment has become an inevitable trend.Taking “Deep Sea No.1”,the first deepwater production platform in the South China Sea,as the research object,this paper proposes the overall architecture of the intelligent operation and maintenance system supported by digital twins and machine learning as the core support,develops system function modules,and realizes the application of intelligent prediction and online status visualization functions based on measured data,providing a feasible technical route for the realization of China’s digital oilfield strategy.
