深水半潜式生产储油平台人员定位系统应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 深水半潜式生产储油平台承担着陵水17-2气田的油气开发及存储运输工作。平台内部复杂的建筑结构以及密集部署的电子设备增加了火灾、浸水等紧急情况发生的概率,也增加了疏散平台作业人员和火灾救援的难度。针对平台发生紧急情况时,实时定位平台作业人员位置以提高救援效率的需求,本文基于超低功耗的RSSI的蓝牙定位算法,设计了一个高效、稳定的深水半潜式生产储油平台人员定位系统,通过可视化界面实现中央控制系统对平台作业人员进行实时定位,以及人员和平台管理等功能。在紧急情况发生时,最大限度保障平台作业人员的生命安全,提高平台的安全运维水平。 The deepwater semi-submersible production and storage platform undertakes the oil and gas development,storage,and transportation of Lingshui 17-2 Gas Field.The complex building structure inside the platform and the densely deployed electronic equipment increase the probability of emergencies such as fire and flooding,and increase the difficulty of evacuating platform operators and fire rescue.When an emergency occurs on the platform,the location of operators can be located to improve the rescue efficiency.Based on the ultra-low power consumption RSSI-based Bluetooth positioning algorithm,this paper designs an efficient and stable personnel positioning system for the above platforms.Through the visual interface,the central control system can realize realtime positioning of platform operators and the management of the personnel and platform.In case of an emergency,it can ensure the life safety of platform operators and improve the safe operation and maintenance of the platform.
