摘要
随着我国经济建设的高速发展,矩形顶管越来越多地应用于综合管廊、地下车库连接通道、地下车行隧道、地铁出入口通道及联络通道等地下工程建设中。在一些穿越河道的顶管施工中,开挖面压力控制困难,而且由于顶管覆土较浅,因此可能出现减摩泥浆效果不足、背土效应引起河床开裂,甚至工作井涌水涌砂现象,导致顶进失败。在杭州地铁古墩路通道工程中矩形顶管施工中,对矩形顶管浅埋过河难点的原理进行了分析,并阐述了实际对策。具有一定普遍性。
With the rapid development of China's economic construction,rectangular pipe jacking is increasingly used in the construction of underground projects such as comprehensive pipe gallery,underground garage connecting passage,underground vehicle tunnel,subway entrance and exit passage and connecting passage.In the pipe jacking construction of some river crossings,it is difficult to control the pressure of the excavation surface,and because the pipe jacking is covered with shallow soil,there may be insufficient antifriction mud effect,back soil effect causing river bed cracking,and even water and sand gushing from the working well,leading to jacking failure.In the construction of rectangular pipe jacking in Gudun Road Passage Project of Hangzhou Metro,the principle of difficult points in shallow burial of rectangular pipe jacking across the river is analyzed,and the practical countermeasures are expounded.It has certain universality.
