摘要
人字形密肋式折板拱壳是一种新型的大跨度混凝土空间网格结构,在民用建筑和仿古建筑的屋盖工程中是常用的屋面形式。本文通过YJK建模对比,首先进行了人字形密肋式折板壳屋盖和普通梁板结构式、井字梁式屋盖的比较;接着又讨论了跨度和矢跨比的影响;进行经济性分析。分析表明人字形密肋式折板壳屋盖是一种较经济的屋盖结构,人字形密肋式折板壳屋盖的跨度小于18m时,梁的含钢量增速相对缓慢,经济矢跨比为1/6,这个和结构分析是吻合的。
Herringbone multi ribbed folded plate arch shell is a new large-span concrete space grid structure,which is commonly used in roof engineering of civil buildings and antique buildings.In this paper,through the comparison of YJK modeling,first,the comparison between herringbone multi ribbed folded plate shell roof and common beam slab structure and grid beam roof is carried out.Then the influence of span and rise span ratio is discussed and economic analysis is conducted.The analysis shows that the herringbone multi ribbed folded plate shell roof is a more economical roof structure.When the span of the herringbone multi ribbed folded plate shell roof is less than 18m,the steel content of the beam increases relatively slowly,and the economic rise span ratio is 1/6,which is consistent with the structural analysis.
