积极心理学视角下教育支持对流动儿童社会融入的影响

摘要 如何推动流动儿童在处境不利环境中的社会融入,是流动儿童成长过程中的一个核心问题,也是未来新型城镇化稳定和谐发展的重要议题。基于积极心理学视角下的教育支持为流动儿童社会融入提供了一个新视角。教育政策的积极演变为流动儿童社会融入提供了良好的教育环境。积极教育支持与积极心理资本为流动儿童社会适应提供了良好保障。构建积极教育环境、推动积极家校合作、促进儿童身份积极认同有助于提高流动儿童的社会融入。 How to promote the social integration of migrant children in disadvantaged environments is a core issue in the growth process of migrant children. It is also an important issue for the stable and harmonious development of new urbanization in the future. Educational support based on a positive psychology perspective provides a new perspective for the social integration of migrant children. The positive evolution of educational policies provides a favorable educational environment for the social integration of migrant children. Positive educational support and positive psychological capital provide a good guarantee for the social adaptation of migrant children. Creating a positive educational environment, promoting positive home-school cooperation,and fostering positive child identity can help improve the social integration of migrant children.
