中小学生尊老爱幼教育的家校合作机制——以宁波市中小学为例

A Study on Home-school Cooperation Mechanism of Education on Respecting and Caring for the Elderly for Primary and Secondary School Students ——Taking Primary and Secondary Schools in Ningbo as an Example

摘要 开展中小学生尊老爱幼教育关系到青少年的健康成长和国民道德水平的提升,家校合作是中小学生尊老爱幼教育的重要抓手。研究发现:当代中小学生认同尊老爱幼教育,但表现上言胜于行;主观幸福感较高但对亲情理解存在错位。研究同时发现,中小学生尊老爱幼行为与家庭教育、学校教育和社会引导存在正相关。因此在家校合作机制建设方面,应当建立全方位的主体参与机制,多层次的运行机制和宽领域的保障激励机制,多措并举共同推动青少年传承尊老爱幼传统美德。 Implementing respect and care for the elderly education for primary and secondary school students is important to the healthy growth of teenagers and the improvement of national moral standards, and cooperation between family and school is an important grasp for the education. The research finds that primary and secondary school students recognize the importance of respecting and caring for the elderly, but their words are better than their deeds. They have a higher sense of personal well-being,but have a misunderstanding of kinship. The research also finds that primary and secondary school students’ respectful behavior is positively related to family education, school education and societal guidance. Therefore, in terms of the construction of home-school cooperation mechanism, we should establish a comprehensive participation mechanism, a multi-level operation mechanism and a wide-ranging guarantee and incentive mechanism, and take various measures to promote the traditional virtue of respecting and loving the elderly and children among teenagers.
