摘要
高校教师在课程思政育人过程中,通过实施幸福教育,助力高职院校学生提升个体的幸福感知力、幸福敏锐度和觉察力,使学生面对各种困惑和挫折能积极加以应对,不断完善自我;在幸福实践体验中,帮助学生们提升追求幸福、创造幸福的能力,帮助学生增强入职心理适应能力,培养良好的职业心理素质,为学生打造幸福职业生涯奠定心理基础,提升学生幸福生活的能力,做一个幸福的职业人,使他们更好地融入社会环境。
In the process of ideological and political education, college teachers help vocational college students improve their individual happiness perception, happiness sensitivity and awareness by implementing happiness education, so that students can actively respond to various puzzles and setbacks and constantly improve themselves. The happiness practice experience helps students to improve their ability, pursue happiness and create happiness. It also helps students to enhance their psychological adaptability, cultivate good professional psychological quality, lay a psychological foundation for students to build a happy career,improve their ability to live a happy life, and become a happy professional, so that students can better integrate into the social environment.
