教师专业化阅读提升师生双重核心素养

Teachers’ Professional Reading Enhances Teachers’ and Students’ Dual Core Literacy

摘要 新教育改革的目的在于提升学生的核心素养,重点在于教师需要完成从单纯传授知识到多元引领学生成长的角色转变,鉴于此,倡导运用好读教育类、学科专业类、人文类和时代焦点内容类书籍四种策略,帮助教师突破能力瓶颈,实现从自身“教”到学生“学”的最大效能的转化,提升师生双重核心素养,迎接教育新挑战。 The purpose of the new education reform is to improve the core literacy of students. The key point of it is that teachers need to complete the role transformation from simply imparting knowledge to leading students to grow in a diversified way. In view of this, this paper advocates the use of four strategies, namely, reading books of education, books of subjects, books of humanities and books of focuses of the times, to help teachers break through the bottleneck of their ability and achieve the maximum efficiency transformation from “teaching” to “learning”, and to improve the dual core literacy of teachers and students to meet the new challenges of education.
