学科交叉视角下人工智能治理领域知识流动与研究主题的国际比较研究 被引量:2

An International Comparative Study of Knowledge Flow and Research Themes in Artificial Intelligence Governance from the Perspective of Interdisciplinary Research

摘要 为全面把握国内外人工智能治理的研究动态,基于学科交叉视角,以人工智能治理中外论文为研究对象,采用关键词共现、突现检测、网络分析等方法,从总体发展、交叉广度与跨学科融合主题等方面揭示国内外人工智能治理研究的特征与差异,为我国在人工智能治理领域的发展提供参考和借鉴。研究发现,中国学者对于人工智能治理的关注起步晚于国外学者但发展迅速,国外人工智能治理研究以社会科学和计算机科学为主要参与学科,学科交叉广度与知识融合主题丰富性均高于国内,研究主题涵盖技术治理、应用治理、治理政策等多个方面且以技术治理研究为主;中国人工智能治理研究以社会科学为主要参与学科,研究主题以应用治理研究为主。 Based on an interdisciplinary perspective,this paper adopts keyword co-occurrence,burst detection,network analysis,and other research methods to comprehensively grasp the research dynamics of AI governance at home and abroad.It takes Chinese and foreign papers on AI governance as research objects to reveal the characteristics and differences of related research in terms of overall development,cross breadth,and interdisciplinary integration themes and to provide references and lessons for China’s development in the future.The study found that Chinese scholars started to pay attention to AI governance later than foreign scholars but developed rapidly;foreign AI governance research mainly involved social science and computer science.The breadth of interdisciplinary and knowledge integration themes in foreign countries are more prosperous than those in China,and the research topics cover technology governance,application governance,governance policy,etc.,which are mainly technology governance research,while China’s AI governance research is mainly social science,and the main research topic is application governance research.
