摘要 近年来,随着城镇化比例越来越高,建筑群越来越密集,城镇消防出现了极大的安全隐患,因此对火灾早期和极早期的预报显得尤为重要。通过燃烧报纸、棉条和木条试体的实验,结合分析试体燃烧发出的次声波声音特征,设计一种基于次声波的火灾探测器。该探测器以STM32单片机为控制核心,采用高精度麦克风作为探头,通过A/D转换芯片将模拟声音信号转换成数字信号,对该数字信号进行分析判断,通过蜂鸣器和RS485接口输出报警信息。实验结果表明,该探测器可以将火灾探测预警时间控制在10 s以内,具有很好的应用价值。 In recent years,with the increasing proportion of urbanization and denser building complexes,great potential safety hazards have emerged for urban fire.Therefore,early and very early fire forecasts are particularly important.Through the experiment of burning newspapers,cotton slivers and wood strips,combined with the analysis of the characteristics of infrasound waves emitted by the burning of the test bodies,a fire detector based on infrasound waves is designed.The detector uses STM32 single-chip microcomputer as the control core and uses a high-precision microphone as a probe.The analog sound signal is converted into a digital signal through an A/D conversion chip,the digital signal is analyzed and judged,and output through the buzzer and RS485 interface alarm information.The experimental results show that the detector can control the fire detection early warning time within 10 s,which has good application value.
