摘要
随着导弹检测技术的发展,检测系统呈现智能化和多场景应用的特点。为了提高测试效率和环境适应性,设计了多通道、自校准和自动化的导弹飞控测试系统。多通道可完成多个被测件的测试,采用继电器网络和以FPGA为核心的控制电路,实现多种信号的可靠切换;自校准可快速完成测试系统自身的校准,利用测试系统自身资源,将信号发送电路与接收电路连接形成校准回路,通过程序控制信号自发自收并结合高精度仪器检测,实现各通道功能与性能的自校准;测控软件设计满足测试自动化、信息化的需求。
With the development of missile testing technology,the test system is intelligent and applied in multiple worksites.In order to promote test efficiency of the system and its adaptivity to various test environment,a multi-channel self-calibration test system of an airborne missile flight control component is designed.Multi-channel can fulfil the test of several test objects,and relay network and FPGA centred control circuits are used to realize the reliable switch among various signals;self-calibration can rapidly calibrate the system itself,viz.utilizing the resource of the test system,connecting signal transmission circuit and receiver to form a calibration loop,controlling the self transceive with software,and combining the high precision apparatus,the function and performance of multi-channel is calibrated autonomously;The test software is designed to meet the requirements of automation information test.
