黏膜表面分泌型IgA抗体在支气管哮喘发生发展中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 哮喘是一种常见的慢性呼吸道疾病,免疫学上以Th2细胞介导的血清IgE升高和嗜酸性粒细胞性气道炎症为主要特征。随着对哮喘研究的不断深入,多项研究发现哮喘患者的气道上皮存在不同程度的损伤,以分泌型IgA为主的免疫球蛋白减低在哮喘的发生发展中发挥重要作用。刺激黏膜IgA分泌、增强气道黏膜防御屏障的治疗方法或许可为哮喘的新药研发提供方向。本文综述黏膜分泌型IgA在哮喘发生发展中的作用及其调控机制,为基于增强黏膜免疫的哮喘治疗提供理论基础。 Asthma is one kind of common chronic respiratory diseases immunologically characterized by Th2 cell-mediated elevation of serum immunoglobulin E(IgE)and eosinophilic airway inflammation.With continuous deepening of study on asthma,results of many studies suggested that there are varied degrees of damage to airway epithelium of patients with asthma.The reduction of secretory immunoglobulin A(IgA)may play an important role in occurrence and development of asthma.Therapeutic methods that can stimulate mucosal IgA secretion to strengthen airway mucosal defense barrier may provide direction for new drug discovery for asthma.The role of secretory IgA in occurrence and development of asthma and its regulatory mechanism are reviewed in this paper,providing theoretical basis for asthma treatment based on enhancing mucosal immunity.
