上颌单前牙患者接受即刻种植修复与延期种植修复的效果差异研究

A Study of the Difference in Outcomes between Patients with Maxillary Single Anterior Teeth Receiving Immediate Implant Restorations and Delayed Implant Restorations

目的探讨上颌单前牙患者接受即刻种植修复与延期种植修复的效果差异。方法选取2018年2月—2021年12月连云港市第二人民医院收治的106例上颌前单牙修复患者为研究对象,根据修复方式差异分为对照组与观察组,各53例。对照组接受延期种植修复,观察组接受即刻种植修复,比较两组植牙成功率、牙周袋深度、PES评分、炎性因子水平和并发症发生情况。结果两组植牙成功率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组牙周袋深度修复后1个月(1.80±0.30)mm、3个月(1.55±0.28)mm、6个月(1.40±0.25)mm低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.686、9.588、8.526,P<0.05);观察组红色美学指数(PES)评分修复后1个月(9.10±0.86)分、3个月(10.05±1.23)分、6个月(11.68±0.80)分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=9.272、5.537、9.553,P<0.05)。观察组修复后C反应蛋白(CRP)(2.95±0.50)mg/L与肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)(5.52±0.70)ng/mL水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.968、12.107,P<0.05)。两组均未出现严重的并发症。结论上颌前单牙患者接受即刻种植修复的效果确切,可减轻炎症反应,取得更好的美学效果。

Objective To investigate the difference in outcomes between immediate and delayed implant restorations in patients with maxillary single anterior teeth.Methods A total of 106 patients with maxillary anterior single tooth restoration admitted to the Lianyungang Second People's Hospital from February 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into a control group and an observation group of 53 patients each according to the difference in restoration methods.The control group received delayed implant restoration and the observation group received immediate implant restoration,and the success rate of dental implants,periodontal pocket depth,PES score,level of inflammatory factors,and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the success rate of dental implants between the two groups(P>0.05).The periodontal pocket depths at 1 month(1.80±0.30)mm,3 months(1.55±0.28)mm and 6 months(1.40±0.25)mm after restoration in the observation group were lower than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.686,9.588,8.526,P<0.05).The red Esthetic score(PES)scores at 1 month(9.10±0.86)points,3 months(10.05±1.23)points and 6 months(11.68±0.80)points after restoration in the observation group were higher than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.272,5.537,9.553,P<0.05).The C-reactive protein(CRP)(2.95±0.50)mg/L and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)(5.52±0.70)ng/mL levels after restoration in the observation group were lower than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=10.968,12.107,P<0.05).No serious complications were observed in both groups.Conclusion Patients with maxillary anterior single teeth undergoing immediate implant restoration have definite results,reducing inflammatory reactions and achieving better aesthetic results.
