长时间动态心电图对心肌梗死后心律失常的监测价值分析

Analysis of the Long-time Dynamic Electrocardiogram Monitoring Arrhythmia after Myocardial Infarction

目的探讨对心肌梗死后心律失常患者给予长时间动态心电图监测后获得的临床效果。方法选取2018年1月—2021年3月山东省济南市第五人民医院收治的100例心肌梗死后心律失常患者进行诊断研究。临床针对所有患者合理展开24 h动态心电图监测以及长时间动态心电图监测,就获得结果展开对比分析。结果24 h动态心电图监测显示,偶发室早发生率最高,达到48.00%;长时间动态心电图监测显示,频发性房早短阵房速发生率最高,达到24.00%;两种方法检测各类疾病发生率比较,长时间动态心电图监测总计45例(45.00%),明显高于24 h动态心电图监测27例(27.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.031,P<0.05)。结论长时间动态心电图有效应用,可表现出更高疾病检出率,为心肌梗死后心律失常疾病早期确诊及早期治疗奠定基础。

Objective To explore the clinical effects obtained after giving long-duration ambulatory ECG monitoring to patients with arrhythmias after myocardial infarction.Methods 100 patients with arrhythmias after myocardial infarction admitted to the Fifth People's Hospital of Jinan,Shandong Province from January 2018 to March 2021 were selected for diagnostic study.Clinical 24 h ambulatory ECG monitoring and prolonged ambulatory ECG monitoring were reasonably performed in all patients,and comparative analysis was performed on the obtained results.Results 24 h ambulatory ECG monitoring showed the highest incidence of incident ventricular prematureness at 48.00%;long-duration ambulatory ECG monitoring showed the highest incidence of frequent atrial premature short burst atrial tachycardia at 24.00%;in the comparison between the two methods for detecting the incidence of each type of disease,prolonged ambulatory ECG monitoring totaled 45 cases(45.00%),which was significantly higher than 24 h ambulatory ECG monitoring 27 cases(27.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.031,P<0.05).Conclusion Effective application of long-duration ambulatory ECG can demonstrate higher disease detection rate and lay the foundation for early diagnosis and early treatment of arrhythmia disease after myocardial infarction.
