探讨中西医结合治疗儿童睑板腺囊肿的临床效果及作用机制

Exploring the Clinical Effect and Mechanism of Action of Combined Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Blepharocysts in Children

目的探讨中西医结合疗法在儿童睑板腺囊肿治疗中的应用效果及作用机制。方法随机抽选山东省泰安市妇幼保健院2019年2月—2020年8月收治的80例睑板腺囊肿患儿,基于随机数表法分组,对照组(40例)实施西药治疗,观察组(40例)采取中西医结合治疗,对两组治疗效果、睑板腺功能评分、复发状况进行比较。结果临床治疗效果,观察组与对照组分别为95.00%、77.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05)。治疗前,两组睑板腺分泌物性状评分、睑板腺排出能力评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组睑板腺分泌物性状评分、睑板腺排出能力评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组原发病变部位再发生率(2.50%)低于对照组的25.00%,睑板腺囊肿再发生率(2.50%)低于对照组的22.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.537、7.314,P<0.05)。结论儿童睑板腺囊肿临床治疗过程中,实施中西医结合治疗法,使临床症状有效减轻,治疗效果明显提高,改善睑板腺分泌物性状和排出能力,尽量降低睑板腺囊肿再发生率,值得临床进一步采纳与推广。

Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of action of combined Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of blepharocysts in children.Methods A random sample of 80 children with blepharocysts in Tai'an Maternal and Child Health Hospital was selected from February 2019 to August 2020.Based on the random number table method grouping,the control group(40 cases)implemented western medicine treatment,and the observation group(40 cases)adopted a combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment.The treatment effect,blepharoplasty function score,and recurrence status were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical treatment effects were(95.00%)and(77.50%)in the observation group and the control group,respectively,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the lid gland secretory trait score and lid gland drainage capacity score before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the lid gland secretory trait score and lid gland drainage capacity score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the primary lesion site in the observation group(2.50%)was lower than in the control group(25.00%),and the recurrence rate of blepharocysts in the observation group(2.50%)was lower than in the control group(22.50%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.537,7.314,P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of children with blephar gland cysts,the implementation of a combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment method resulted in effective reduction of clinical symptoms,significant improvement in the therapeutic effect,improvement in the secretory properties and discharge capacity of the blephar gland,and minimization of the recurrence rate of blepharocysts,which is worthy of further clinical adoption and promotion.
