右美托咪定对七氟烷麻醉后患者NGF、BDNF水平的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Dexmedetomidine on NGF and BDNF Levels in Patients after Sevoflurane Anesthesia

目的探究右美托咪定对七氟烷麻醉后患者神经生长因子(nerve growth factor,NGF)、脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)水平的影响意义。方法选取2019年7月—2021年12月期间绵阳市中心医院80例七氟烷麻醉后患者为研究对象,随机化简单分组,对照组(生理盐水静脉注射,n=40),治疗组(右美托咪定静脉注射,n=40),对比患者NGF、BDNF水平;手术指标;心率变化;血氧饱和度;转化医学与治疗学(TMT)完成时间、简短精神状态量表(MMSE)评分。结果治疗组NGF、BDNF水平较对照组显著更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组手术指标比对照组指标水平明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组心率变化、血氧饱和度比对照组改善趋势更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组TMT完成时间(44.06±2.47)s、MMSE评分(25.38±1.26)分,比对照组显著更优,差异有统计学意义(t=3.305、2.420,P<0.05)。结论在七氟烷麻醉手术患者治疗中实施右美托咪定静脉注射,手术麻醉安全性高。

Objective To investigate the significance of the effect of dexmedetomidine on the levels of nerve growth factor(NGF)and brainderived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)in patients after sevoflurane anesthesia.Methods From July 2019 to December 2021,80 cases of sevoflurane anesthetized patients were selected in Mianyang Central Hospital were selected as study objects,randomized into simple groups:control group(intravenous injection of normal saline,n=40)and treatment group(intravenous injection of dexmedetomidine,n=40).Comparing patients'NGF and BDNF levels;surgical indexes;heart rate changes;blood oxygen saturation.TMT(Translational Medicine and Therapeutics)completion time,MMSE(Brief Mental Status Scale).Results The levels of NGF and BDNF in treatment group were significantly better than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the surgical indexes of the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the heart rate and oxygen saturation in the treatment group showed a significant improvement trend,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);TMT completion time(44.06±2.47)s and MMSE score(25.38±1.26)points in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.305,2.420,P<0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine administered intravenously in the treatment of patients undergoing surgery with sevoflurane anesthesia has high safety in surgical anesthesia.
