中西医结合治疗老年骨质疏松性腰椎压缩骨折的临床研究

Clinical Study on Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Osteoporotic Lumbar Compression Fractures in the Elderly

目的观察中西医结合治疗方案在老年骨质疏松性腰椎压缩骨折治疗中的疗效。方法选取2020年3月—2021年8月寿光市中医医院收治的30例老年骨质疏松性腰椎压缩骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组(15例)与对照组(15例)。研究组予以碳酸钙D_(3)、骨化三醇胶丸和蠲痹补肾法中药,对照组予以碳酸钙D_(3)和骨化三醇胶丸。利用VAS、ODI、BMD和MES量化指标评估两组疗效。结果对照组VAS评分改善率(62.0±16.5)%与研究组(75.5±8.8)%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组BMD差值(0.2±0.1)与研究组(0.3±0.1)比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组ODI评分改善率(39.9±2.2)%与研究组(58.5±4.0)%比较,差异有统计学意义(t=15.780,P<0.05);对照组MES(0.15±0.18)MPa与研究组(0.24±0.06)MPa比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.837,P>0.05)。结论同西药治疗方案相比,中西医结合治疗方案能有效促进患者腰部功能的恢复,提高愈合后的骨骼强度,为患者康复提供有力保证。

Objective To observe the efficacy of combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment protocols in the treatment of osteoporotic lumbar compression fractures in the elderly.Methods Thirty cases of elderly patients with osteoporotic lumbar compression fractures admitted to Shouguang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from March 2020 to August 2021 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into study group(15 cases)and control group(15 cases).The study group was given calcium carbonate D_(3),osteoporotic triol pills and Chinese medicine to rejuvenate the kidney.The control group was given calcium carbonate D_(3)and osteotriol pills.The efficacy was evaluated using quantitative indexes such as VAS,ODI,BMD and MES.Results The improvement rate of VAS score in the control group(62.0±16.5)%was significantly higher than that in the study group(75.5±8.8)%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference of BMD between the control group(0.2±0.1)and the study group(0.3±0.1)was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ODI score improvement rate of the control group(39.9±2.2)%was significantly higher than that of the study group(58.5±4.0)%,and the difference was statistically significant(t=15.780,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in MES(0.15±0.18)MPa between the control group and the study group(0.24±0.06)MPa(t=1.837,P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with the Western medicine treatment plan,the combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment plan can effectively promote the recovery of the patient′s lumbar function,improve the healed bone strength,and provide a strong guarantee for the patient′s recovery.
