血清胱抑素C及凝血功能检验急性脑梗死分析

Analysis of Acute Cerebral Infarction by Serum Cystatin C and Coagulation Test

目的围绕急性脑梗死患者,测定其血清胱抑素C及凝血功能,就其应用价值进行评定。方法选取2019年8月—2020年8月湖北省丹江口市第一医院急性脑梗死患者90例作为观察组,另在同期选取90名健康体检者作为对照组,比较两组患者的凝血功能、血清胱抑素C水平;针对所选取的急性脑梗死患者,按照其类型不同分为进展型组、完全型组,然后对其上述指标展开测定与比较。结果观察组患者血浆纤维蛋白水平(3.02±1.11)g/L、血清胱抑素C水平(1.76±0.53)mg/L高于对照组(2.63±1.24)g/L、(1.25±0.32)mg/L,抗血凝酶-Ⅲ(67.44±17.25)s、血浆凝血酶原时间(15.37±4.29)s低于对照组(84.26±19.38)、(23.28±7.29)s,差异有统计学意义(t=2.22、7.81、6.15、8.87,P<0.05)。完全型组血清胱抑素C、血浆纤维蛋白水平低于进展型组,抗血凝酶-Ⅲ、血浆凝血酶原时间高于进展型组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.26、5.25、4.64、6.82,P<0.05)。结论在针对急性脑梗死患者进行临床诊断时,围绕凝血功能、血清胱抑素C指标进行准确测定,能够反映患者的实际病情变化,因而有良好的临床应用价值。

Objective To determine the serum cystatin C and coagulation function in patients with acute cerebral infarction,and to evaluate the value of its application.Methods 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction in the First Hospital of Danjiangkou City,Hubei Province,from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the observation group,and another 90 healthy physical examiners were selected in the same period as the control group.The coagulation function and serum cystatin C levels of the two groups were compared.The patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into the progressive group and the complete group according to their types,and then the above indexes were measured and compared.Results The plasma fibrin level(3.02±1.11)g/L and serum cystatin C level(1.76±0.53)mg/L in the observation group were higher than in the control group(2.63±1.24)g/L and(1.25±0.32)mg/L,and the antithrombin-Ⅲ(67.44±17.25)s and plasma prothrombin time(15.37±4.29)s were lower than the control group(84.26±19.38)s and(23.28±7.29)s,and the differences were statistically significant(t=2.22,7.81,6.15,8.87,P<0.05).Serum cystatin C and plasma fibrin levels in the complete group were lower than those in the progressive group,and antithrombin-Ⅲand prothrombin time were higher than those in the progressive group,the differences were statistically significant(t=2.26,5.25,4.64,6.82,P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical diagnosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction,the accurate determination of coagulation function and serum cystatin C can reflect the actual changes of patients′conditions,and thus has good clinical application value.
