加味香砂六君子汤对食管癌新辅助放化疗患者胃肠道副作用及生活质量的影响

Influence of Modified Xiangsha Liujunzi Tang on Quality of Life and Gastrointestinal Tract Side Effects in Esophageal Cancer Patients Undergoing Neoadjuvant Chemoradiotherapy

目的:探究加味香砂六君子汤对食管癌新辅助放化疗患者胃肠道副作用及生活质量的影响。方法:将新辅助放化疗食管癌患者138例采用随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组各69例。对照组予常规放化疗护理,试验组在对照组基础上口服加味香砂六君子汤,分别于放化疗3、7、14天根据WHO抗癌药物常见毒副反应分级标准中的便秘、恶心呕吐、腹泻、口腔溃疡分级进行评估。并于放化疗前、放化疗7天及21天对患者生活质量进行评估。结果:便秘及恶心呕吐人数试验组少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者生活质量在放化疗7天、21天各维度得分均低于对照组,且疼痛、睡眠、身体活动及总分两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规放化疗护理基础上口服加味香砂六君子汤可有效减轻放化疗所致恶心呕吐、便秘症状,提高食管癌患者生活质量。

Objective:To explore the influence of modified Xiangsha Liujunzi Tang on quality of life and gastrointestinal tract side effects in esophageal cancer patients undergoing neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy.Methods:All 138 patients were allocated to the experiment group and the control group by using random control method,69 cases in each group.The control group accepted conventional nursing for chemoradiotherapy,and the experiment group took modified Xiangsha Liujunzi Tang on the foundation of conventional nursing for chemoradiotherapy,to perform the evaluation according to the classification of constipation,nausea and vomiting,diarrhea and oral ulcer in classification criteria for common toxic side effects of anticancer drugs 3,7 and 14 days after chemoradiotherapy respectively.And to assess quality of life of the patients before chemoradiotherapy,7 and 21 days after the chemoradiotherapy.Results:The number of the patients suffering constipation,nausea and vomiting in the experiment group was less than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experiment group was lower than the control group in the dimensional scores of quality of life 7 and 21 days after the chemoradiotherapy;and the difference was statistically significant between both groups in the scores of pain,sleep,physical activity and total scores(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the foundation of conventional nursing for chemoradiotherapy,oral administration of modified Xiangsha Liujunzi Tang could effectively alleviate nausea and vomiting,constipation induced by chemotherapy,and improve quality of life in esophageal cancer patients.
