通过验案1则探讨沈舒文教授治疗溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)的经验,沈舒文教授认为UC患者黏液便湿热蕴肠邪在经,脓血便湿热伤肠邪入络,治疗应湿热滞肠重清化、寒湿腹痛重温化、久泻便溏补脾肾、排便涩滞通腑气,临床治疗效验可期。

The paper discuss professor Shen Shuwen’s experience in treating UC via one proven case,professor Shen holds that UC patients’mucous stool is caused by damp-heat accumulating in the intestine and the pathogen staying in the meridian,bloody purulent stool is induced by damp-heat hurting intestine and the pathogen entering in the collateral,and the treatment should focus on clearing and resolving when damp-heat stagnating in the intestine,warming and resolving when cold damp causing abdominal pain,tonifying spleen and kidney when the patients suffering chronic diarrhea and loose stool,smoothing visceral Qi when the patients have difficulty in bowel movement,which could obtain satisfactory clinical effects.
