某三甲医院2016~2021年度血液制剂退回情况分析

Analysis on the Return of Blood Production in a Third Class A Hospital from 2016 to 2021

目的统计某三甲医院六年血液制剂回退数据,分析原因,为降低血液制剂退回报废率提供理论和数据支持。方法收集某院2016~2021年退回中心血站血液制剂的种类、数量和原因,并作统计学分析。结果2016年-2021年院入库血液制剂合计210167袋,退回638袋,退回率为0.30%,其中血浆562袋,退回率为0.61%,红细胞40袋,退回率为0.05%。冷沉淀34袋,退回率为0.13%。退回原因前3位为破损484袋,占比75.86%,抗筛阳性55袋,占比8.62%,絮状物40袋,占比6.27%。结论不同退回原因进行血液制剂退回报废数量与原因逐年变化,针对分析并采取措施,以减少血液退回率。

Objective To collect the data of blood production return in a grade A hospital for six years,analyze the reasons,and provide theoretical and data support for reducing the scrap rate of blood production return.Methods The types,quantity and causes of blood production returned to the central blood bank in a hospital from 2016 to 2021 were collected and analyzed statistically.Results From 2016 to 2021,210,167 bags of blood preparations were put into storage in a hospital,and 638 bags were returned with a return rate of 0.30%,including 562 bags of plasma with a return rate of 0.61%and 40 bags of red blood cells with a return rate of 0.05%.34 bags of cryoprecipitate with a return rate of 0.13%.The top 3 reasons for returning were damaged 484 bags,accounting for 75.86%,positive 55 bags,accounting for 8.62%,and flocc 40 bags,accounting for 6.27%.Conclusion The scrap quantity and reason of blood preparation returned for different reasons change year by year.Measures should be taken to reduce the blood return rate.
