滚针联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子溶液治疗面部皮炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Rolling Needle and Recombinant Cattle Alkaline Fibroblast Growth Factor Solution in the Treatment of Facial Dermatitis

目的探讨滚针联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子溶液治疗面部皮炎的临床疗效观察。方法将本院2021年1~12月收治的60例面部皮炎患者,按照简单随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例,对照组采用重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子溶液治疗,观察组采用滚针联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子溶液治疗。评估两组客观症状评分、主观症状评分、疗效指数以及临床疗效。结果治疗后两组患者的客观症状评分较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的主观症状评分较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的疗效指数较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组的临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论滚针联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子溶液治疗可有效改善面部皮炎患者的临床症状,提高患者的治疗效果,在临床医学中具有较高的实用性和研究价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rolling needle and recombinant cattle alkaline fibroblast growth factor solution on facial dermatitis.Methods 60 dermatitis patients with face from January 2021 to December 2021 were divided into control group and observation group according to simple random number table.30 cases each were treated with recombinant bovine alkaline fibroblast growth factor solution,and the observation group was treated with rolling needle and recombinant bovine alkaline fibroblast growth factor solution.Two groups were evaluated for objective symptom scores,subjective symptom scores,efficacy index,and clinical efficacy.Results The objective symptom score of the two groups was lower than before the treatment and was lower than the control group(P<0.05),lower than the control group(P<0.05),the efficacy index after the treatment,and the observation group(P<0.05);the clinical efficacy was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rolling needle combined with recombinant bovine alkaline fibroblast growth factor solution treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of facial dermatitis patients,and has high practicability and research value in clinical medicine.
