鼻内镜手术治疗鼻窦炎的临床效果及对睡眠质量的影响

Clinical Effect and Influence on Sleep Quality of Patients with Sinusitis Treated by Nasal Endoscopy

目的探究在鼻窦炎治疗中采取鼻内镜手术干预的临床价值。方法研究中选取病例均为本院接收的鼻窦炎患者,共计60例(时间:2018年1月-2021年4月);将纳入患者采取随机分组形式均分为2组,A组实施药物配合微波热凝治疗,B组实施鼻内镜手术治疗;对比两组治疗效果、睡眠质量、鼻黏膜症状、鼻窦改善情况、住院时间及并发症发生率。结果B组临床治疗有效率高于A组(P<0.05)。对比两组睡眠质量(PSQI评分),治疗3个月后,B组低于A组(P<0.05)。对比两组鼻黏膜症状(Lund-Kennedy评分),治疗3个月后,B组低于A组(P<0.05)。B组并发症发生率较A组有显著降低(P<0.05)。结论在鼻窦炎治疗中采取鼻内镜手术干预效果显著,可提升其睡眠质量,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical value of endoscopic sinus surgery intervention in the treatment of sinusitis.Methods The selected cases in the study were all patients with sinusitis received by our hospital(number of cases:60;time:January 2018-April 2021);the included patients were randomly divided into two groups,and group A implemented drug cooperation Microwave thermocoagulation was performed,and group B received endoscopic nasal surgery;the treatment effect,sleep quality,nasal mucosa symptoms,sinus improvement,hospital stay,and complication rates were compared between the two groups.Results According to statistics,the effective rate of clinical treatment in group B was higher than that in group A(P<0.05).Compared the sleep quality(PSQI score)between the two groups,after 3 months of treatment,group B was lower than group A(P<0.05).The nasal mucosa symptoms(Lund-Kennedy score)were compared between the two groups;after 3 months of treatment,group B was lower than group A(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in group B was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of sinusitis,endoscopic surgery has a significant effect and can improve the quality of sleep,which is worthy of promotion.
