面部外伤修复中外科清创缝合技术与整形外科缝合技术的应用分析

Analysis on the Application of Surgical Debridement and Suture Technique and Plastic Surgical Suture Technique in Facial Trauma Repair

目的研究面部外伤修复中外科清创缝合技术与整形外科缝合技术的应用效果。方法研究对象为2019年1月-2020年12月入院的60例面部外伤患者,参考随机数字表法分为两个小组,一个小组为对照组,另一个小组为研究组,每组各30例;对照组选用外科清创缝合技术治疗,研究组选用整形外科缝合技术治疗;比较两组术后瘢痕长度、瘢痕评分、住院时间与创面愈合满意度。结果研究组瘢痕长度、瘢痕评分、住院时间、创面愈合满意度依次为(0.98±0.67)cm、(3.61±0.18)分、(9.86±1.53)d、96.67%(29/30),对照组瘢痕长度、瘢痕评分、住院时间、创面愈合满意度依次为(2.21±1.33)cm、(1.42±0.71)分、(16.95±1.78)d、76.67%(23/30);研究组较对照组术后瘢痕长度更短,瘢痕评分与创面愈合满意度更高,住院时间更短,以上差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论面部外伤修复中整形外科缝合技术的应用效果优于外科清创缝合技术,值得推广应用。

Objective To study the application effect of surgical debridement suture and plastic surgical suture in facial trauma repair.Methods The study subjects were 60 patients with facial trauma admitted from January 2019 to December 2020.According to the random number table,they were divided into two groups,one group was the control group and the other group was the study group,with 30 cases each;The control group was treated with surgical debridement and suture,while the study group was treated with plastic surgical suture;The scar length,scar score,hospital stay and wound healing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results In the study group,the scar length,scar score,hospitalization time and wound healing satisfaction were(0.98±0.67)cm,(3.61±0.18)points,(9.86±1.53)D and 96.67%(29/30),respectively.In the control group,the scar length,scar score,hospitalization time and wound healing satisfaction were(2.21±1.33)cm,(1.42±0.71)points,(16.95±1.78)D and 76.67%(23/30);Compared with the control group,the scar length in the study group was shorter,the scar score and wound healing satisfaction were higher,and the hospitalization time was shorter.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of plastic surgical suture technique is better than surgical debridement suture technique in facial trauma repair,and it is worth popularizing.
