雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液治疗声带息肉术后患者的效果观察

Effect of Atomized Inhalation of Budesonide Suspension on Patients After Vocal Cord Polyp Durgery

目的研究对于声带息肉术后患者应用布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗的效果。方法于2020年3月-2022年3月在本院行声带息肉摘除术后患者中随机抽取68例,分为对照组(34例,地塞米松+雾化吸入治疗)和观察组(34例,布地奈德雾化吸入治疗),对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组声带充血(2.49±1.24)d,声带嘶哑(2.82±0.90)d,声带水肿(2.69±0.85)d,咽部疼痛(3.54±0.90)d,显著短于对照组[声带充血(3.48±1.12)d,声带嘶哑(3.86±1.16)d,声带水肿(3.79±1.20)d,咽部疼痛(4.28±1.15)d]。观察组hs-CRP(2.67±0.69)mg/L,IgE(34.19±4.22)μg/L,显著低于对照组[hs-CRP(4.10±0.81)mg/L,IgE(46.28±5.14)μg/L]。观察组声带充血(1.10±0.21)分,咽部异物感(1.46±0.48)分,显著低于对照组[声带充血(1.62±0.22)分,咽部异物感(2.24±0.56)分]。观察组治疗后1dVAS(3.72±0.38)分,治疗后3dVAS(2.64±0.32)分,显著低于对照组[治疗后1dVAS(4.10±0.42)分,治疗后3dVAS(3.47±0.38)分],两组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于声带息肉术后患者应用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗有利于促进术后症状的康复,减轻术后疼痛和炎症。

Objective To study the effect of budesonide suspension aerosol inhalation on patients after vocal cord polyps surgery.Methods From March 2020 to March 2022,68 patients who underwent vocal cord polyps excision in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into control group(34 cases,dexamethasone+atomization inhalation treatment)and observation group(34 cases,budesonide atomization inhalation treatment).The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results Vocal cord congestion(2.49±1.24)d,vocal cord hoarseness(2.82±0.90)d,vocal cord edema(2.69±0.85)d,pharyngeal pain(3.54±0.90)d in the observation group,which were significantly shorter than those in the control group[vocal cord congestion(3.48±1.12)d,vocal cord hoarseness(3.86±1.16)d,Vocal cord edema was(3.79±1.20)days,and pharyngeal pain was(4.28±1.15)days.Hs-crp(2.67±0.69)mg/L,IgE(34.19±4.22)μg/L]in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group[hs-CRP(4.10±0.81)mg/L,IgE(46.28±5.14)μg/L].The score of vocal cord congestion and pharyngeal foreign body sensation in the observation group were(1.10±0.21)and(1.46±0.48),which were significantly lower than those in the control group[(1.62±0.22)and(2.24±0.56),respectively].The scores of 1dVAS after treatment and 3dVAS after treatment in the observation group were(3.72±0.38)and(2.64±0.32),which were significantly lower than those in the control group[(4.10±0.42)and(3.47±0.38)respectively].The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of budesonide nebuized inhalation treatment in patients after vocal cord polyposis is beneficial to promote the recovery of postoperative symptoms and reduce postoperative pain and inflammation.
