自我导向学习法联合PBL教学对急诊科实习护生自主学习能力的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Self-directed Learning Method Combined with PBL Teaching on Autonomous Learning Ability of Intern Nursing Students in Department of Emergency

摘要 目的观察自我导向学习法联合以问题为基础的学习(PBL)教学对急诊科实习护士自主学习能力的影响。方法回顾性分析2021年4月-2022年9月在本院急诊科实习的128名护士资料,将2021年4~10月实习的64名采用传统教学模式的实习生做为对照组,将2021年11月-2022年9月实习的64名采用自我导向学习法联合PBL教学模式的实习生做为观察组。比较实习前及实习1个月后,两组实习生理论知识和临床操作考核成绩,观察两组实习护生自我学习能力(自主学习能力评价量表)。结果实习1个月后,两组实习生的理论知识和临床操作考试成绩均明显升高,且同一时间,观察组较对照组显著更高(P<0.05);观察组自主学习能力评分显著升高(P<0.05),对照组自主学习能力评分较实习前无明显差异(P>0.05),同一时间,观察组实习生自主学习能力评分较对照组显著更高(P<0.05)。结论自我导向学习法联合PBL教学可显著提升急诊科实习护士的专业能力并提高其自主学习能力、思维能力和沟通能力,适宜于推广使用。 Objective To observe the effect of self-directed learning combined with problembased learning(PBL)teaching on the autonomous learning ability of emergency department interns.Methods The data of 128 nurses who practiced in the emergency department of our hospital from April 2021 to September 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.64 interns who used the traditional teaching mode from April 2021 to October 2021 were taken as the control group,and 64 interns who used the self-directed learning method combined with PBL teaching mode from November 2021 to September 2022 were taken as the observation group.Before and 1 month after the internship,the theoretical knowledge and clinical operation examination results of the two groups of interns were compared,and the self-learning ability(self-learning ability evaluation scale)of the two groups of interns was observed.Results After one month of practice,the theoretical knowledge and clinical operation examination scores of the two groups of interns increased significantly,and at the same time,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);The score of autonomous learning ability in the observation group increased significantly(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the score of autonomous learning ability in the control group compared with that before practice(P>0.05).At the same time,the score of autonomous learning ability of interns in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-directed learning method combined with PBL teaching can significantly improve the professional ability of emergency department practice nurses and improve their autonomous learning ability,thinking ability and communication ability,which is suitable for popularization.
